This LCP panel is ready for shipping to a refinery in Saudi Arabia. It will be set up within a Zone 2 hazardous area, which poses strict requirements for the installed electronics - at least those electronics that will be accessible from the outside.
The specialty of this GRP cabinet is the inside-out approach we use for our PERI SHELTERS. It can easily be operated from the outside while the sensitive electronics are protected from the potentially hazardous air outside within a pressurized interior environment. This not only eases the requirements on the systems installed inside but also reduces the footprint of the cabinet. Overall, this aproach provides a low-maintenance solution with a reduced, long-term total cost of ownership.
